Assessment Process

The Extended DISC assessment begins with a user-friendly online questionnaire that takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Once you submit your responses, a comprehensive 17-page report is automatically generated by the program and sent to me for analysis. After I review your results, we can schedule your unpack session to delve into the insights in detail.

 

For individuals, the unpack session lasts 60 minutes, with the option to extend if you wish to explore specific areas further. For teams, I conduct a 30-minute unpack session with each team member and a 90-minute session with the team leader. The exact duration and structure will depend on the size of the team and your specific goals. We will discuss all these details during your complimentary discovery call, ensuring that the process is tailored to meet your needs effectively.
